What forms of payment does Aryan Marts accept?
Credit Cards
Aryan Marts accepts payment by Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® credit cards. You represent and warrant that:
(i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete,
(ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase,
(iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and
(iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes.

Aryan Marts does not accept bank money orders, postal money orders, personal, or business cheques. For more detailed information regarding alternate payment methods, please contact us.

PayPal Checkout
You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you may choose to create or log in to your PayPal account. Select which debit/credit card or PayPal balance account to use for payment and confirm the transaction. Once completed, you will be redirected back to our site, and you will receive an email with an order confirmation. It usually takes between 3 to 5 business days for an eCheck to clear, and your order will only ship out once the eCheck clears. Unfortunately, Aryan Marts cannot accept your payment C.O.D at this time.

International Orders
Orders that are billed outside of Canada, the UK, or the US, as well as those shipped to freight forwarding companies/agents, must be paid in advance by wire transfer, bank money order, or certified bank cheque. Aryan Marts cannot accept credit card payments for such orders. Please contact our sales department to obtain a pro forma invoice and detailed information regarding available payment methods.

Financing Options
Aryan Marts has partnered with Klarna (for US customers) and Affirm (for Canadian customers) to offer financing options that allow customers to spread out their total payments. Simply select Klarna or Affirm during checkout.

Credit Card Statements
When you purchase from our site, your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from SP ARYAN MARTS.

Additional Information
If there is no issue with your order, we will ship it as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days after we confirm your order. If any additional information is required for order processing (such as billing verification or shipping address verification), we will contact you. If you do not provide this information within a reasonable time, or if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Please note that the above also applies to cross-state orders (e.g., shipping from New York to California) and cross-country orders (e.g., shipping from the US to Canada).

Cross-Country Orders
Cross-country orders will be billed to the destination country irrespective of the billing address on the order. The destination address will be automatically verified. Aryan Marts will not be responsible for any currency conversions for international orders; the currency conversion is at the discretion of the credit card issuing bank.

Fraud Prevention
Aryan Marts closely monitors all online credit card transactions. If an order is suspected to be fraudulent, it will be canceled and refunded automatically. If your credit card was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately and notify your financial institution.

Aryan Marts Upgrade Program
Aryan Marts will always strive to fulfill orders in full. In some cases, however, this may not be possible due to product availability. In such cases, customers will be issued an upgraded model free of charge. Upgrades will be issued on an order-to-order basis and are not guaranteed with every order.

Money Back Guarantee – 30-Day Returns
Aryan Marts guarantees your satisfaction with all merchandise sold on our platform. You may return any item in its original packaging, provided the products are not damaged or abused when trying or testing them.

For purchases made directly from our site, you may return the products for any reason within 30 days of delivery (some conditions may apply to certain products). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and Aryan Marts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend fully insuring your return package and using a carrier that provides tracking.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

This Money Back Guarantee only applies to purchases made directly from Aryan Marts. Purchases from third-party retailers or marketplaces are not covered under this guarantee.

Best Price Guarantee
If a product you purchased from Aryan Marts is reduced in price within 30 days of your purchase, we will match the lower price. To qualify, the product must have the same model number, components, and condition (new or open-box).

Providing the Products
During the order process, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and take steps to minimize the delay. If the delay is substantial, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Our products become your responsibility upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

Restocking Fees
Aryan Marts does not charge restocking fees for returns made within 30 days. However, some products may have shorter return periods (check the product page for details).

For returns after 30 days, customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. If a product is returned in a condition that is not in accordance with our policies, the refund amount may be reduced.

Damaged & Defective Goods
Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or better product. If a product is discontinued or out of stock (for more than 15 days), we will upgrade you to the next available model at no extra cost.

Factory Certified products are final sale and cannot be returned. Please ensure that you back up any personal data before returning a product, as Aryan Marts is not responsible for data transfer on replacements.

Contract Cancellation & Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing products for personal use (not business use), consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it within 30 days under our Money Back Guarantee.

If you need to cancel an order before delivery due to a significant delay or incorrect product details, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
